THE BIG PICTURE

Three days, five parties, and the week Amazon handed sellers an AI teammate

Accelerate wraps today, and this one delivered. Amazon's biggest news: sellers can now run their store from an AI assistant without logging in to Seller Central. Amazon Ads opened a one-setting path to seven international stores. And the hallway talk was the kind operators came for: Q4 inventory plans, cross-border moves, and how to keep up when your storefront starts taking instructions from an agent.

To everyone who stopped by our booth: thank you. Here's everything worth knowing, all Amazon, all in one place.

Amazon’s AI Agents Can Now Act on Your Store. Is Your Inventory Data Ready?

Amazon Seller Assistant can now work in Claude and Amazon Quick, bringing Amazon data and approved actions into the tools sellers already use. Those tools can also draw on other business data you connect. For multichannel sellers, the question is whether inventory and demand across every channel are accurate and current. Here’s what Amazon announced and five ways to get your data ready.

FEATURE FROM AMAZON ADS — SPONSORED PRODUCTS BETA

Advertise in 7 more countries without building a single new campaign

Automatic Global Ads takes your existing U.S. auto-targeting Sponsored Products campaigns and extends them to the international stores where your inventory already sells through Global Store or Remote Fulfillment. No new campaigns. No separate accounts. One enrollment.

1. One enrollment, multiple stores. Amazon picks your best-suited campaigns and creates international child campaigns for you in up to seven countries: Brazil, Mexico, Canada, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Singapore.

2. Zero risk to what's working. Your U.S. campaigns, bids, budgets, and history are never touched. International campaigns run on separate budgets.

3. Full visibility from day one. Country-level ROAS, spend, clicks, and attributed sales show up in Campaign Manager the day campaigns go live.

4. A built-in guardrail. After a 21-day learning period, any country whose ROAS falls below your source campaign pauses automatically. Resume anytime.

Turn it on in 5 clicks

1. In Seller Central, go to Settings → FBA Settings
2. Find "Allow Amazon to launch automatic global ads"
3. Click Edit
4. Select Enable
5. Click Update

How the budget works: Amazon sets a starting budget for each destination campaign based on your source campaign's performance and the opportunity in that store, so ads run with no setup. Adjust any country's budget in Campaign Manager whenever you want.

The Goflow angle: more stores means more places for stock counts to drift. If you're selling through Global Store or Remote Fulfillment, make sure your inventory and orders roll up to one view before the international clicks start landing.

*Internal Amazon data, April to June 2025. Global Store campaigns: U.S. to Brazil, Germany to Mexico.
Results are from an internal pilot and are not guaranteed.

Our Accelerate events, in one picture

Accelerate didn't stop when the sessions did. Between dinner with the Titan crew at Rider, the Opening Night happy hour at Smith Tower, Mesa LATAM with our friends at nocnoc at Fogo de Chão, Block Party by Amazon, and a night of karaoke at Ozzie's, our week in Seattle was packed with good food, great company, and the kind of conversations that don't fit on a conference agenda. Thank you to everyone who shared a table, a toast, or a microphone with us.

Were you there? Hit reply with your biggest Accelerate takeaway (or your karaoke song). We'll share the best ones next week.
